Fejjab Spa Policies & Procedures


Fejjab Spa is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere and enhance everyone's Spa

experience with us,

we kindly request our guests to observe our Spa Policies. 


We have also listed answers to the most FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

that will guide you when you visit our Spa.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or concerns.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to ALL these policies. All services require a credit or debit card to reserve your appointment when booking online, over-the-phone, or in-person. You will not be billed unless the appointment reserved is a no-show or it is cancelled or re-scheduled in less than 24 hours for 1 treatment & 48 hours for 2+ appointments. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. 

 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have reserved time and space especially for
you and require a 24-48 hour notice  (prior to your appointment) to reschedule/cancel any appointment. 

See below for details:

A 24 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling 1 appointment.

Failure to do so will result in a $25+ charge.

A 48 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling 2 or more appointments.

Failure to do so will result in a $25+ charge per appointment

 

A 48 hour notice is required for services that are 90 minutes or more in duration.

Failure to do so will result in a $25+ charge per hour reserved.

 

If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge  up to 100% for the full scheduled session or a $25 fee (if the appointments requires more than 50 minutes to be completed, the cancellation fee will be more).

If for any reason Fejjab needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.

RESERVATION  POLICY
Please arrive a minimum of 5 to 15 minutes in advance of spa treatments.
Please Check In at the front desk. If it is your first visit with our Spa for massage, facial, peelings, body treatments or any other treatment you will need to fill out Spa forms for our records.
As a courtesy, late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged for the full value of the service. 
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments via automatic text. 

VIDEO & AUDIO RECORDING:

PLEASE BE ADVISED ALL ACTIVITIES ARE RECORDED 

WITH CAMERA AND AUDIO TO AID IN THE 

PERSECUTION OF ANY CRIME COMMITTED AGAINST 

THIS FACILITY AND OTHER. RECORDING IS DONE WITH

 SURVEILLANCE CAMERA AND/OR CELL PHONE, OR 

OTHER DEVICES. BY ENTERING YOU AGREE AND 

GIVE CONSENT TO BE AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDED 

BY FEJJAB SPA OWNERS &/or MANAGEMENT.


APPOINTMENTS:
Due to the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our spa treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests. You must be 18 years or older to make an appointment with the Spa, anyone under age 18 seeking a Spa service must have their parent or guardian book the appointment.


A credit card is required to reserve appointments.
 

TARDINESS POLICY:
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.
Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time. Client will be marked as a No Show if they have arrived 15 mins after their scheduled appointment.


 

 

PRICES POLICY:
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest treatments. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time with or with out notice.


GRATUITY POLICY:
Prices do not include gratuities (or tips) but are highly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15% - 20% of the cost of service provided. Remember gratuities are optional.


MONETARY POLICY:
Fejjab accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Fejjab Spa gift cards,  & bank debit cards, cash.  NO personal checks.
Fejjab Spa gift cards are not redeemable if reported as lost or stolen. Treatment Vouchers are not refundable and cannot be used once it is expired.

 

REFUND POLICY:
All service sales and gift card sales are FINAL .
Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 2 days of purchase. In some situations, a restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds will be issued in Store credit only. Store credit must be used the same day as the return. If a treatment is desired then it may be scheduled for another day.
At Fejjab’s discretion, some non-receipted returns accompanied by a photo ID may qualify to receive a gift card for the lowest selling price. All returns are subject to system verification.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

***There is NO refund for services even after cancelling 

For membership details please ask for the "Fejjab Spa Membership Rules" or visit the membership page to get more information regarding your membership.

1. Membership cancelations MUST be done via email on file. Cancellation cannot be done verbally. This is to maintain the integrity of the agreement, and in no way, shape or form was established to bring difficulty to cancelling agreements.

. 2. Cancelation does not warrant customer any refunds on past charges. It will only stop future payments from being charged. Fejjab Spa reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time. 

3. When membership is cancelled, any treatments, accumulated roll over treatments, or membership benefits will be determined void/cancelled the date cancellation is requested. There is NO refund to any treatment, product or service.


SPECIAL CONDITIONS POLICY:
Please notify our Spa Coordinator before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, allergies, or are pregnant.
All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.


AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.


CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY:
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your skin care specialist or therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.
Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.


GIFT CARDS: 
Gift Cards are always welcome and can be used towards your treatment. They will be honored for Spa Services, products or boutique purchases.  Your Gift Card should be presented at check out, otherwise you will be responsible for any charges incurred during your visit to the Spa.
Gift Cards are available for purchase at the front desk.

RESTRICTIONS:
For the convenience of other clients, please do not bring your pet or children under age 12 to the Spa without another adult present to supervise them.


 We also suggest to please let us know if you are wearing contact lenses or using  skin medications before doing your treatment.
 

 

As a consideration to other guests, please turn off your cell phone while inside the Spa.
We also suggest for you to please leave your valuable items at home when doing your treatment. We regret, but we will not be responsible for loss or damage of your personal items.

 

Please remember that the room must be prepared and used for the next client and should be vacated after treatment upon completion of service within a reasonable amount of time.

 

We do not allow smoking inside the Spa.​

 

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SPA ESTABLISHENT:

Any sexual solicitations are not tolerated and will be reported to authorities.

 

HEALTH, ALLERGIES, OR PREGNACY CONSIDERATIONS:
When visiting or calling for your appointment, please make sure to notify our staff if you have any health conditions, limitations, allergies to medications or fruits, physical ailments, medications you are currently taking, or if you are pregnant.
We also encourage for you to alert our therapist immediately for any discomfort during your treatments.


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?: 
Our services would be more convenient if you are free of restrictive clothes and jewelries. If you are scheduled for spa facials or body treatments you will be asked to put your robe on in a private room, robes will be provided for you


 OTHER TIPS FOR YOUR VISIT:

 

 

 

Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones. Remember to rest and drink water before and after a massage or facial session.

 

If you are scheduled for a facial, we encourage for you to come in with no make up on.
