Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
I ship via USPS.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over $150.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, I only ship within the United States.
Unfortunately, I cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
I take great care packaging products to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns
Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a return. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened skincare products.
Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at fejjabspa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a full replacement at no additional cost.
