    • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

    • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays.

    Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    • I ship via USPS.

    • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

    • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

    Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

    • Free shipping may be offered on orders over $150.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • Currently, I only ship within the United States.

    • Unfortunately, I cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

    Damaged or Lost Packages

    • I take great care packaging products to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a return. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened skincare products.

    • Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

    1. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at fejjabspa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

    1. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

    • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

    1. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    1. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

    1. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide a full replacement at no additional cost.
