Stem Cell Therapy
Stem Cell Therapy | 50 Minutes
Stem Cell Therapy at Fejjab Spa consists of Microchanneling - a device used to create micro-sized channels on the skin to stimulate the body's natural ability to generate new healthy skin. Simultaneously, we apply a serum infused with stem cells derived from bone marrow that is absorbed by up to 300% to amplify collagen production, reduce inflammation, and accelerate tissue repair. Stem Cell Therapy has very minimal discomfort during the treatment and has little to no downtime post-treatment. The result is a healthier, younger, clear, smooth complexion. You'll also be receiving a mini kit with stem cell serums to apply post-treatment for free!
This treatment is for individuals that struggle with: uneven skin tone, textured skin, fine lines/wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, dull skin complexion, and/or loss of elasticity.

Contraindications:
- Pregnant and/or nursing
- Diabetes - unstable diabetes patients should not be treated due to problems with healing.
- Accutane in the last 2 years, or any related acne medication - Accutane or any related drug should be discontinued for a minimum of 6 months prior to undergoing Microchanneling.
- Active Herpes Simplex in the treatment area - treatment is possible once the outbreak is healed, however it may be advisable to take prescription strength antiviral medication to keep this condition in remission during the treatment series. - Any active inflammatory skin condition e.g. eczema, psoriasis, infection, rash or any type of dermatitis at the treatment site (because it may aggravate the condition). Includes sunburn.

-Have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment (unless cleared by their physician)
-Have a history of epilepsy or seizure disorders
-Have uncontrolled diabetes
-Have severe cardiovascular disease or uncontrolled high blood pressure
-Have liver or kidney disease
-Have active skin infections, open wounds, rashes, or sunburn in the treatment area
-Have blood clotting disorders or a history of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
-Are taking blood-thinning medications (unless approved by their physician)
-Have a fever or active illness
-Have had recent surgery in the treatment area and have not been medically cleared
-Have hernias in the treatment area
-Have silicone or injectable fillers in the treatment area that may be affected by the treatment
-Have severe varicose veins in the treatment area

Before Your Appointment:
-Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment.
-Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after your appointment.
-Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before your session - but avoid a heavy meal (ie. pasta, fried foods, oversized restaurant portions)
-Continue regular exercise and a healthy diet to maximize results.
